RETURNS
FixGear.com has a strict Customer Return Policy and Procedure to ensure each item is dealt with quickly and professionally.
  • Items purchased online must be returned via the online return portal
  • Items purchased in-store must be returned to the store of purchase
  • Items purchased from a FixGear.com authorized partner must be returned to the store of purchase.
We will allow a change of mind return for refund or exchange, provided that the item in question is:
  1. purchased at www.FixGear.com
  2. returned within 30 days of purchase from FixGear.com;
  3. in original purchased condition with tags attached;
  4. In original & undamaged packaging
  5. has not been worn
  6. not underwear or socks, and
  7. not damaged in any way

We’re happy you will try on clothing to see if it fits. However, for hygiene reasons, you must wear your own underwear underneath the garment.
**IMPORTANT** – FixGear.com takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us or are damaged in transit. Please take care in wrapping your return item/s safely and securely.
Please note that all returns must be shipped via USPS; our warehouse has no customer access.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you may do so via our return portal. After submitting your exchange via the return portal, we recommend posting your items back as soon as possible.
Your selected exchange item will not be reserved until your return parcel is in transit. Should you delay posting your items back to us for any length of time, we cannot guarantee that the item you have selected will still be available.
Once you have dropped off your exchange item with USPS, we will arrange for your replacement item to be shipped to you immediately. 
REFUND
We are happy to offer a full refund on full-priced items, excluding underwear and socks, for up to 30 days from purchase, provided the items meet the above requirements.
Once we receive your return, we will assess your returned item/s to ensure they comply with our returns policy. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment account.
Item/s bought during a sale or discount promotion will be refunded for the amount paid for the item, i.e., the listed price for that item at the time of the order, less the discount applied.
How do I make a return if I have moved overseas?
We offer free returns within the US. If you would like to arrange an international return, please contact our customer care team at info@fixgear.com. Please note that the return shipping cost will apply to international returns unless your return is under Warranty policy.
When will my purchase be refunded?
We will process your refund as soon as we receive and inspect your return and confirm that it complies with our returns and exchange policy. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in the original account used to make the purchase within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
My item might be faulty on arrival.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please submit a request under our warranty for return or exchange via our returns portal within 30 days. For warranty claims longer than 30 days from purchase, please get in touch with info@fixgear.com.

  • In case of a product defect, we will refund, exchange, or repair the product depending on the type of defect and the customer’s request.
  • Fixgear will cover the cost of returning and reshipping the product due to a defect.
  • Product exchange due to size, and a simple change of mind
  • Exchanges may not be possible for products that have already been worn by the customer and have significantly reduced in value, or for products that have been defective due to customer negligence.
